How do I find my size?
The right size can vary from product to product. That is why on each product page we have a clear size guide that perfectly matches the product in question. We therefore recommend that you always follow this size guide. 3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and tracing that you can follow. Additionally, you can also use your order number and email address on our tracking page to check the status of your order.
4. Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver to France, we always cover the shipping costs.
5. How do I find my order number?
After placing your order, you will immediately see the overview of your order (including your order number) and will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order number is also indicated on this order confirmation. If you have lost your order number, you can always contact our customer service.
